With over 23 years' experience in the charity sector, Anna combines her expertise in leadership development with a deep commitment to neurodiversity advocacy and inclusive practice. A recognised social entrepreneur (SE100 Top 100 Most Influential), Anna also runs Successful Coaching Limited, providing therapeutically-informed inclusive executive coaching for charity leaders and neurodivergent professionals. She is co-founder of Charity Leaders UK and holds an Innovation Associate Director role at Pluss CIC. Anna's work sits at the intersection of lived experience, professional expertise, and practical application - helping organisations move beyond awareness to genuine inclusion.
Jess Brosnan
