Anna Day is the CEO of NeuroAdvantage CIC, a post-16 setting supporting autistic young people and adults to thrive beyond education. With over 23 years' experience in the charity sector, Anna combines her expertise in leadership development with a deep commitment to neurodiversity advocacy and inclusive practice. A recognised social entrepreneur (SE100 Top 100 Most Influential), Anna also runs Successful Coaching Limited, providing therapeutically-informed inclusive executive coaching for charity leaders and neurodivergent professionals. She is co-founder of Charity Leaders UK and holds an Innovation Associate Director role at Pluss CIC. Anna's work sits at the intersection of lived experience, professional expertise, and practical application - helping organisations move beyond awareness to genuine inclusion.

Jess, hireful's Charity Lead, has worked with charities and non-profits for 12 years, specialising in the different challenges the sector faces compared to the private sector, for example ensuring safer recruitment compliance and how to attract top talent on charity salaries.
