Most employers miss out on brilliant talent because they believe outdated myths about disability at work. Let's bust those myths and talk about what really matters.
In this webinar, we'll challenge the biggest misconceptions employers still have about disabled candidates. We'll show you what you're missing out on, reveal the barriers you might be putting up without realising, and get honest about reasonable adjustments (they're not as scary or expensive as you think).
You'll leave with practical steps you can take today to make your recruitment process more accessible and inclusive, plus insights into where disability inclusion is heading in the future of work.
